In India more than 66% People are Suffering from Anxiety / Stress / Overthinking / Panic Attacks / Depression / Fear & other Mental Health Problems.

Health is Wealth as we all know but do you know that there are 3 Types of Health ? Yes there are - Physical Health ( Body ), Mental Health ( Mind ), Spiritual Health. We Human beings have Body so we need to take care of it & stay Physically Fit. Similarly we Humans have Mind, which we need to take care of and Stay Mentally Fit.

Because there is a lot of dust around us, we need to clean our sweat, oil and dust so that our Body is Clean and Healthy.

Then why don’t we clean our Mind from the Negativity we have taken from our Surroundings. There is so much negativity around us. Check the News if you don’t believe me. 90% News is Negative. Listen to people in our Society, 90% People are saying negative things. Most people are living life with Fear. So don’t you think you should also clean your Mind daily from this Negativity ..?
