Change your Negative thinking patterns to Positive


Do you feel tensed, negative and anxiety when you wake up everyday in the morning ? If “Yes" then don’t worry most of the people feel the same. This is not your fault. Our society is based on focusing on negativity which is also impacting your life. If you watch the news you will see that 80-90% news are Negative. If you observe people, they talk more about what they don’t want rather then what they want. We are taught to prepare our-self for the worst case scenarios. Well, after all this how can you be happy and have positive frame of mind ?

It’s tough but not impossible. In last 100 years we humans have habituated to wake up in the morning and take a shower before leaving our homes. It keeps our body clean and so we now need to habituate to clean our mind as well. Before I teach you how, I will share couple of stories with you -

There was a guy who used to be very negative. One day he work up and told himself, “Today I won't think any negative though in entire day." After the day was over, he realized he had most negative thoughts on that exact day. So you cannot forcefully remove negativity from your mind, more you try more you will attract. What you resist, you attract.

Once a guy was locked in a room and it was total darkness. He couldn't see anything, he tried to clean the walls and floor but still it was complete darkness. There was only one way to remove the darkness, when he found the switch to bulb, he turned on the light, darkness disappeared. Our mind works in same way. No matter how much we try to remove negativity, it will never go. But when we consciously put positive thoughts in out mind, only then negativity will disappear.


Daily 15 min Practice to Re-Program your Mind in Positive Thinking -

Daily morning, as you take a shower to clean your body, from today you will consciously practice to add positive thoughts before your leave your home in the morning. All you need to do it take a pen and paper, feel good and start writing how you want your day to go in present tense (Try to fill it with love, happiness, good news, joy, fun, excitement). It feels like you are creating your future right now. Practice daily for 15 minutes in the morning.
